A mindful approach that takes account of 1) Movement 2) Nutrition 3) Recovery as a wholistic approach to health and wellness. A bit different than working with a therapist, life coach, or other health professional. As a Certified Wellness Coach, my duty is to listen closely to my clients, and to ask the appropriate questions to help each individual in discovering more autonomy, connection, and ultimately success within each day. Many times individuals have all of the tools for growth, however, they may lack the ability to see power, excitement, and love within themselves. That is where the skillset of wellness coach comes into play. I help steer clients back on their path of possibilities and upward spirals. We unlock keys within, always at the pace, and guidance of each client. Eventually each client takes full control of their steering wheel. Utilize a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly check in from this point to find balance time again, and to observe and appreciate real growth over time.
